Bryce Blaeuer Obituary

He was born May 19, 1941 in Jacksonville, Il. son of the late Best and Evelyn Winston Blaeuer Yordy.
He married Beverly Miner on December 24, 1959 in Waverly, Il. and she survives.
Also surviving are daughters, Tami Phillips (Dale) of Waverly, Il. and Tara Barnard (Doug) of Bluffs, Il.; four grandchildren, Courtney Ryan (Steven) of Waverly, Il, Whitney Wiser (L.T. Alexander) of Waverly, Il., Daulton Barnard (Kora) of Athens, Il., and Macenzie Barnett (Corey) of Bluffs, Il.; great-grandchildren, Kenadi, Drew, Maddix, Laiken, Kasen, Bentin, Gavin, Bryar, Miley, Creed, Taten, and Parker; siblings, Enrique Blaeuer of Cabot, Ar., and Joyce Little of Waverly, Il.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Bryce was preceded in death by a sister, Roberta.
Bryce was a 1959 graduate of Waverly High School. He worked for Horace Mann as vice president of IT Operations, retiring in 2001. He loved "lecturing", as well as running his BobCat, fishing and hunting, and working on cars.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday (November 22, 2025) at Waverly East Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Waverly Rescue Squad and sent to Neece-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home, 349 E. Tanner, Waverly, Il. 62692. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.airsman-hires.com.
