Barbara Anne "Bunny" Anderson
Okemos, Michigan
Passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Born February 19, 1944 to Robert and Elizabeth (Hewett) Ball in Macon, Georgia. Bunny worked at Michigan State University in the Clinical Center retiring as a Lab Technician in 1999. She loved working with her hands and making beautiful jewelry and glass art. Bunny loved the outdoors where she could tend to her gardens and spend time with her best four-legged friend, Nala. Bunny also had a passion for traveling and spent much of her time at her place in Vero Beach, Florida. She was a kindhearted, generous woman whose creativity and passion for others will be missed dearly by all who remember her. Preceding her in death were her husband, Glen Anderson III as well as her parents.
Surviving are her sister, Susan (Doug) Stair as well as children, Kelly (Adam) Woodworth, David (Loretta) Kreeger, Mark (Lucy) Anderson, Kip Anderson, Paul (Rita) Anderson, Kris (Ben) Garner; grandchildren, Kyle Woodworth, Tristen Woodworth, Kayla Kreeger, Chris Stone, Amber Zygas, Austin Anderson, Luke Anderson, Steven Bunch, Grant Mauro, Greta Mauro; three great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held for immediate family on August 2, 2025 and a celebration of life will follow at 3:00 pm at 2353 Hulett rd Okemos, Michigan. To share memories and condolences please visit www.SkinnerFuneralHomes.com
