Byron Morgan, 63, entered into rest on Monday, October 14, 2024.
Byron was born on November 18, 1960, in Griffin, Georgia. Byron relocated to Warner Robins and has lived there for over 40 years. He was a Project Manager in construction for 40 years. His most prized role was that of a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. Byron was a man that truly loved his family and dedicated his life to enhancing theirs. His grandchildren were his truest joy.
Byron loved riding motorcycles, fishing, cooking, and spending intentional quality time with his family. He had a distinctive roaring laugh that he shared often, mostly at his own jokes. Byron loved the mountains, the beach, and being in nature. He had an adventurous, exciting, full life.
Anyone that knew him could call him a friend. He embraced others with his kindness and calmness. He was a gentle soul that knew how to give and receive love. His family will always consider their life better because he was a part of it. To say he will be missed is an understatement. His legacy will live on in his children and grandchildren whom he taught to love each other and stand together by example. His strength in the most difficult times has been inspiring to everyone. He will remain the champion of his family.
Byron was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley V. Barwick.
His memory will forever be treasured by his devoted wife of 32 years, Robin A. Morgan; children, Dustin Morgan (Gabrielle), Brad Morgan-Thomas (Mike), and Collin Morgan (Dana); grandchildren, Mason Morgan, Kaydenn Morgan, Kennedy Morgan, Mathew Cole and Michael Cole; father, Richard D.
