Carl was born July 17, 1939, in Chicopee, Massachusetts, to the late Charles & Nellie (Paliki) Lenart.
Left to cherish Carl's memory is his loving wife of 33 years Christine Lenart, children Charles Carl Lenart (Jenifer), Theresa Lenart Lagasse (Ronald), and Kathie-Sue Heering (William), grandchildren, Ron Charles & Terri Lagasse, Madison & Mia Lenart, Bryan, Brandon, & Allyson Howes, (Fiancé Junior Foster), great grandchildren Trayson, Taylor, & Trenton Foster, his siblings Peter Lenart, Alice Payette (Robert), Joseph Lenart (Trudy), and brother in law Dominic Accarpio (Eva).
Along with his parents Carl was predeceased by a granddaughter Taylor Paige Howes.
Carl served in the U.S. Army and was a proud Veteran of the Korean War, a member of the Lions Club of Myrtle Beach, and an active member of the First Methodist Church of Myrtle Beach.
Cremation Services Direct of Myrtle Beach is assisting the family with the arrangements.

To my chosen Dad. I was lucky enough to choose this man to be my father. He was truly in all senses a dad. When my life fell apart years ago he scooped me up and took me with him. I will never forget his love and devotion. He´s been a source of great love for me. I will miss him more than any words. He was a gentle kind honest sweet caring loving man. I got so lucky to be able to love him and have him love me. Heartbroken Things won´t be the same without him. He was very religious and that´s the one part that helps. I know god has him as we a great servant. My dad had cancer and was out worried about the church people. Delivering communion. He was one of the few special. I miss him already.
