Carlene Hall Morgan, 72, of Resaca, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. She was born in Oneida, Tennessee on May 9, 1952, to the late Junior and Myrtle Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Eddie Morgan; brother, Clayton Hall; brother-in-law, Donnie Morgan; nephew, Jason Robbins.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Rev. James Morgan; sons, Andy (Ruthanne) Morgan and Doug Morgan; daughter, Edna (Mark Foxall) Morgan; brother, Cleo Hall; sisters, Cleda (Mark) Rogers, Cathlene Morgan, Charlene Robbins, Charlotte (Denny) Phillips, Connie (Sam) Hall; grandchildren, Ethan Stone, Drake Stone, Dawson Morgan, Alea Morgan; nieces, Amanda Ponders, Donna Robbins, Bridgett Hall, Kayla Robbins, Cassie Phillips, Jennifer Phillips; nephews, Tony Morgan, Matthew Hall, Jacob Phillips, Jared Phillips; special great-nephew, Derek Morgan, four great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives also survive.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Adam Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pallbearers serving are Ethan Stone, Derek Morgan, Tony Morgan, and Michael Best.
