Carol L. (Rike) Holliday, 76, of Monrovia, passed away Sunday, December 11th, 2022. She was born April 13th, 1946 in Indianapolis to her parents Elmer and Rosa (Miskowiec) Rike. She was married to the late Keith D. "Doc" Holliday on November 26th, 1966.
Carol is survived by her two children: Donald (Pam) Holliday of Martinsville and Damon Holliday of Avon; 10 grandchildren: Devin, Chloe, Amber, Christine, Joey, Owen, Lily, Jeffery, Kali, and Tim; and 5 great grandchildren: Wyatt, Sammy, Micah, Dominic, and Cecillia. Carol is preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, Keith D. Holliday; one daughter, Dawn Wright; and one brother, David Rike.
Carol graduated from Washington High School. She was a member of NFLCC. National Fishing Lure Collectors Club. Carol was known by many as a very giving and selfless woman.
Family and friends may show their love and support from 4 to 8 pm on Wednesday, December 14th and from 12 to 1 pm on Thursday, December 15th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, December 15th following visitation at the funeral home. Carol will be laid to rest next to her husband at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville.
