Carol A. Hull, Age 79, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Saturday October 11, 2025 at Southern Ohio Medical center in Portsmouth, Ohio. Carol was born in Vanceburg, Kentucky September 21, 1946 to the late Karl and Christine Lykins Kegley. Carol and her husband Phil owned and operated the Bertram Hull Insurance Company for 25 years. Carol, also owned the Driftwood Garden Center here in Vanceburg. She loved to be in her garden and travel to Florida where she enjoyed going to the beach with her friends. Carol was a member of the Vanceburg Christian Church.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 47 years whom she married May 4, 1978 Phil Hull of Vanceburg, Ky.
Step-daughter- Ona Collette Hull-Vanceburg, Ky., and two granddaughters who lovingly adored and forever appreciated her, Brittany Sullivan of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and Halee Church of West Portsmouth, Ohio. 6-great-grandchildren.
Daughter-in-law- Holly Stanley of Ft. Mitchell, Ky., and grandchildren- Chelsea, Avery III, and Adeline Stanley.
Two sisters- Jane Lewis- Lexington, Ky., and Karla (Gene)) Dickerson of Sumter, South Carolina.
Special friend Kenneth 'Poppy' Ginn and several cousins, nieces and nephews survive who also will mourn her passing.
Preceded her in death beside her parents were two sons- Steven Hull, and Avery Lee Stanley II, sister- Patty Harrison and a step-mother- Maxine Kegley.
A Memorial service is being planned in the near future.

Carol always had a smile and was ready to talk. I always enjoyed going to her flower business. You could tell how much she loved doing that. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
