C. C. Shepherd Funeral HomeCarol J. (Andre) Robie, of Quincy, passed away on October 1st, 2025, at the age of 95. Born in Quincy on February 16th, 1930, she was the daughter of the late George H. Andre and Margaret (Johnson) Andre.
Carol attended the Woodward School in Quincy before working as a secretary. She later dedicated her life to raising her family as a devoted homemaker. Carol enjoyed her time with the PM Club, playing bingo, trips to Foxwoods, and spending time with her many dear friends.
She is survived by her children, Debrah Higgins Bennett and her husband William of Marshfield, James S. Robie of Tucson, AZ, John A. Robie of Marshfield, and Denise Robie of Pembroke. Carol was the proud grandmother of 15, great-grandmother of 15, and great-great-grandmother of 2.
She was predeceased by her children Joan DuFlock, Christopher S. Robie, and Caroline Glover, as well as her siblings M. Joan Ballerna and Carl Andre.
Carol will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the joy she brought to her family and friends throughout her long and full life.
A "Celebration of Life" service for Carol will be held at 11AM on Saturday, October 25th at the Bethany Congregational Church located at 18 Spear St, Quincy, MA.
