Carolyn Roush Obituary
Beloved wife, mother, grand mother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, in South Jordan, Ut surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 16, 1934, in Rexburg, Idaho, and lived a life filled with devotion, faith and service.
On June 27, 1975, Carolyn married Darwin Roush. Together they built a legacy rooted in love, service and family. Carolyn was the proud mother of eight children and grandmother of 34 grandchildren, 101 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Her growing posterity was a constant source of joy and pride.
Carolyn had a deep love of learning and carried an insatiable curiosity throughout her life. she had a generous heart and found happiness in serving others. Music was one of her great passions--
she loved to play the piano, organ and sing.
Carolyn's life was a testament to dedication, service and strength. She will be missed by all who knew her, but her influence will live on in the hearts of her family and the countless lives she touched.
On December 16, 2025 a viewing will be held for her at 10 am followed by funeral services at 11 am. It will be held at the Founder's Park 2nd Ward church building at 4137 West Foxview Drive South Jordan, Ut. 84009.
Burial services will be held at 1 pm at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, Ut. 84065
