Cassie Lynne Bick, 33, Springfield, beloved daughter, sister, and friend to so many left us suddenly on February 5th, 2022.
Cassie is survived by her parents, Dennis and Anita (Brock) Bick; sister, Amanda Maggard (Dustin), Lawrenceburg TN; brother, Timothy Bick (Jacki), St. Louis; two nieces, Lindsay and Madison Maggard; two nephews, Owen and Liam Bick; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Cassie was born September 14, 1988, in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated with her Master's degree from Missouri State University and was a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Cassie was a follower of Christ and grew up attending Arnold Church of Christ and later attended and taught Sunday school at 1st Baptist Church of Nixa. She loved the church, reading God's word and loving others.
Cassie had a passion for helping others, especially children which drove her to open her own counseling practice which had a focus on children. She helped children by giving them the tools to cope with difficult situations.
Cassie was so full of life and loved her family. She especially loved her two nieces and nephews. She made this earth a better place by her work, her loving heart, and her devotion to God.
She will be deeply missed by family, friends and those who knew her and were impacted by her work. Our lives are better because of her, and we will never be the same without her. We will strive to honor her memory by following her example of caring and loving others.
We love you, Cassie.
A celebration of life is scheduled for March 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Arnold, Missouri.
