Catherine Marie Emrick

Catherine Marie Emrick passed away on September 3, 2025, in Lawton, Michigan, at the age of 83. She was born on November 3, 1941, in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Catherine is survived by her devoted husband, Charles Emrick; daughters Teresa Emrick and Susan Emrick; grandsons Jack Morris and Alec Morris; son-in-law Eric Morris; sister Marianna Cook; brother Bill Cook; and several other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Mae Cook, as well as her brothers Timm Cook, James Cook, and George Cook.

A loving wife and mother, Catherine found joy in sewing, gardening, and traveling. She especially cherished time spent at the beach and was an active member of the Model A Club. Throughout her life, she lived in Michigan and several southeastern states, embracing each new place with warmth and curiosity.

A service to memorialize Catherine will be planned at a later date.
