December 17, 2024 at the age of 66 after a 2 year battle with Renal Cancer. Predeceased by her parents, Mortimer and Doris Jeffords. She is survived by her husband, Tony; daughters, Kerry Jannetta-Dias (Alclecir) and her children, Giana and Ryan Dias, Erin Harper (Jeff) and her children, Brian and Raychel Harper; sister, Carrie Mitchell (Richard); nieces and nephews.
Cathy was born 4/16/1958 in New London, CT. She graduated from Fitch High School in Groton, CT in 1976 and UConn School of Pharmacy in 1981. Cathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a retired Pharmacist from Strong Outpatient Pharmacy and Wegmans. She loved to travel and scuba dive. Of all her trips, she loved Africa the most and went on three safaris. The latest trip to Africa was this past August. She enjoyed camping in New Hampshire, Maine, Maryland and Virginia. Cathy spent half the year in Marco Island, Florida and enjoyed watching the women's UConn basketball team.
Friends may call Saturday, 2-5 PM at the Funeral Home (1031 Ridge Road). In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 S. Goodman St. Rochester, 14620. To share a memory of Cathy or send a condolence to the family visit www.anthonychapels.com.
