Dear Kendra and family; Just learned of Kays passing and want to extend my condolences to all of you. I worked with Kay for so many years at Waterbury Hospital and have such fond memories of our times together working. Such a talented lady who shared her beautiful home and crafts with staff hosting many Christmas parties and showers. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May she rest in peace. I am so saddened to learn of Kay´s passing several months ago. Kay and I have a long history having grown up together in Riverside, Rhode Island, attended and graduated from Bay View Academy together and then both going on to graduate from Rhode Island Hospital School of Nursing. At that point, I remained in RI to pursue my nursing career while Kay moved on to a life in Connecticut. We did not have the opportunity to see one another as often after that, but always reconnected at all the class reunions. It was wonderful to be able to catch up on all our news. Kay especially spoke so proudly of her vast family members as well as her travels and to my amazement, her on going work experience well after most of us had retired! Kay left this life way too soon, but I know her memory will live on through her family, friends, classmates, and co-workers. You will be greatly missed, my friend, rest in peace for eternity.

I also would like to say how sorry I am about Kay's passing. I knew Kay from Nursing school and we always caught up at reunions. For our 50th, she brought cookies in the shape of our caps and had one for everyone.

I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Kay's passing. We were classmates in nursing school and would see Kay at our Florida mini-reunions every spring. We could always count on her to get good photos. On behalf of the class of 1968, please accept our condolences. We will be grieving for a wonderful person, a dependable friend and a gift to her family. She will truly be missed.

I was surprised to hear about the passing of Kay. We work together on Pomeroy 5.
She was always a kind and caring person. We had planned to get together when I came for a visit to Connecticut. My condolences to her family.
