I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of Celes death and I would like to express my sincere sympathy to Lisa and Celes family and friends. Cele was highly respected by the Transportation Department, her students, students parents, fellow employees, and throughout Harford County Public Schools. She was adored by anyone and everyone who ever worked with her. Her contributions to HCPS during her 10+ years of dedicated and selfless service were many and varied. Believe me, her contributions to the many students she worked with will not be forgotten. Please accept my heartfelt condolences at this difficult time. Cecelia was an amazing woman. We are well aware of the difference she made in the lives of many people, both here in the school system, and in her private life. Many will miss her, and she will never be forgotten. I hope all of the many memories of good times help get all you through this difficult time. Warm Regards, Danielle Lister, Supervisor of Transportation
