On May 1, 1959, Cecil married the love of his life, Alma Janette Hazelip. They shared 59 wonderful years together before her passing in 2018. Cecil worked for Kimberly-Clark in Memphis for nearly 40 years, dedicating 39 ½ years of service before retiring. The couple made their home in Memphis for most of that time before moving to Henderson in 1991.
Cecil was an avid bird hunter and a devoted fan of the Atlanta Braves. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic and deep love for his family.
