Carolyn Turner Obituary

A native of Cherokee County, she was the widow of Daniel Clyburn Turner Sr. and the daughter of the late Austin and Blease Ramsey Porter. She retired as a nurse and was a member of the Garden Temple Assembly of God.
Surviving Mrs. Turner are a daughter-in-law, Sharon Turner; two sisters, Annie Sue Hambright and Marilyn Moss; two grandchildren, Daniel Clayburn Turner III and Ellen Turner Owen; and two great-grandchildren, Marilyn and Waylon Turner.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three children: Daniel Turner Sr., Scott Turner, and Cindy Turner; two great-grandchildren, Clay and Denny Turner; and four brothers: Edward, Hershel, Doyle, and Glenn Porter.
Services for Mrs. Turner will be private.
The family would like to thank Agape Hospice for the care shown to the family.
The family will be at their respective homes.
