Celia is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rick (Tracee) Anderson, two adored granddaughters, Alayna (Steven) Mowry and Courtney (Lincoln) Lee; two treasured great-grandchildren, Evelynn and Maxwell Mowry, and one sister, Anita (Rodney) Byler. She was preceded in death by her parents and devoted husband.
