He was born in the Bronx, NY, a son to the late Cecilia (Missio) and Richard Passarelli living in Yonkers, NY, and Closter, NJ before moving to Stirling, NJ in 1987.
Cesare worked as a Printer and Supervisor for UMDNJ in Newark, NJ before retiring in 2011. Prior employment was at Vogue Press in Yonkers, NY from 1972 - 1987.
He loved to Bowl and consistently posted great scores. He was a communicant of St. Vincent de Paul RC Church.
He is pre-deceased by his wife Patricia A (Gemmola) Passarelli in 2017.and his son-in-law Richard Haluska in 2020.
Cesare is survived by his son Richard Passarilli and his wife Kathleen and his two daughters Anne and her husband Raymond Lomupo and Dina Haluska.
He is also survived by his grandchildren Danielle, Sheila, Samantha, Richard, Michael, Penelope an Sandra and his great grandchildren Cesare, Mia, Angellina, Santino, Kayla, Lori, Isabelle, Nicholas, Alexa and Gabriel.
Visitation will be Friday March 1, 2024 from 3 - 7 PM at the Valley Memorial Funeral Home 1012 Valley Rd., Gillette, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday March 2, 2024 10:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul RC Church Stirling, NJ. Burial Will Follow at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, Stirling. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to St. Jude Foundation.at stjude.org. For more information and online condolences visit valleymemorialfuneralhome.net
