She is survived by : her husband Bruno Mazalewski; her children, Anthony Mazalewski, Stephen Mazalewski, Christine Mazalewsky, Cynthia Boyd (Charles), Lisa Clauss and Thomas Mazalewski; her grandchildren, Stephanie Mazalewski, Ryan Mazalewski, Cassandra Rowe (Travis), Anneliese and Nicholas Wise; and her sister-in-law Millie Brekhus.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Charleen's name to the American Nurses Foundation.
