Charlene is survived by her daughter Vicky (Kelly) Sheafor;
Son: Tom (Val) Cowling;
Grandchildren: Kody (AJ) Sheafor, Kylie Sheafor;
Special great-grandson Theo;
Sisters: Sharon Pliner, Sandy (Jerome) Durst, Verlynn (Alan) Stowell, Sue (Lester) McBain, Betty (Shaun) Hatfield, Tina Taylor;
Brothers: LaVon (Hilda) Hicks, Terry Hicks, Steve (Sara) Hicks;
Many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack, brothers and sisters: LaVerne Hicks, Mavis (Bill) Knight, Jim Hicks, Carl (Janice) Hicks, Beverly Gundlach, brother-in-law Wilmer Pliner, sisters-in-law: Verna 'Joy' Marshall, Verla (Archie) Pauls.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel. A private family burial will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery at a later date. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
