It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Charlene Marie Fahy, a beloved mother, devoted friend, and spirited soul, who began her life on August 8, 1934 and ended her earthly journey August 8, 2025 at the age of 90. She was the daughter of Bernard and Lucille (nee Stephens) Gallenstein.

Charlene's life was defined by her deep love for her family. She is survived by her children and spouses; Eileen and John Adams, Michael and Jamie Fahy, Catherine and Guy Diebold, John and Patricia Fahy, grandchildren; Margaux Diebold, Shannon Cooper, Amanda and Tyler Cloud, great grandchild; Cayden Speiegle. Her husband, Francis "Frank" Fahy preceded her in death August 8, 2014. Her brothers, Stephen and Bernard Joseph Gallenstein also preceded her.

A devoted mother, she nurtured her children with the same unique and eccentric spirit that made her an extraordinary individual. She was not merely a mother; she was an unwavering source of support, laughter, and wisdom, guiding her children through life's ups and downs.

A devoutly religious woman, Charlene found solace and joy in her faith, which always guided her and inspired those around her. She had a particular affinity for Elvis Gospel songs, often filling her home with the sounds of faith that echoed her own beliefs. Her passion for music and her unwavering devotion left an indelible mark on her loved ones. As we remember Charlene, we reflect on her remarkable ability to light up any room with her distinctive character and love for life.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 12, 2025 with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM at St. Angela Merici - St. Patrick Chapel, State Route 50 in Fayetteville. Reverend Andrew Cordonnier will celebrate the Mass. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph New Cemetery, 4500 Foley Rd. in Cincinnati, Ohio 45238. Evans Funeral Home in Milford is serving the family.

Charlene Marie Fahy will forever remain in our hearts, her legacy woven into the fabric of our lives and the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her light will continue to shine brightly, reminding us of the importance of love, faith, and family.
