Charlene Myrtle Lancaster

We have a tribute we'd like to pay to wonderful mother we will see again someday.
Charlene Myrtle Crouch Lancaster was born on December 8th, 1940. She would help others remember this date by saying her first birthday was the day after Pearl Harbor was bombed. She married her love Donald Lancaster on December 19th 1963. She was the mother to eight children; David, Susan, Larry, John, Robert, Karen, Christina, and Janice. She was a grandmother to 27 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Christina, husband Donald, and son John.
Charlene graduated from BYU with an undergraduate degree in physical education with and emphasis in dance. She taught Physical education for a few years in Heber before becoming a mother.
Charlene had many talents that she graciously shared with others. She had a knack for story writing and wrote many plays and children's storybooks. She had a love for dance and choreography. Charlene loved to sew and create. She also had a terrific singing voice and sang with the Utah Voices choir for a number of years. She shared all of these talents with those lucky enough to know her.
Charlene had an unwavering testimony of her Savior Jesus Christ and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She touched many lives with her love of the Savior. She exuded the light of Christ in her actions, in her words, and in her deeds. She lived it every day and was not afraid to share it with others.
She went to reunite with her loved ones who had already passed on December 13th 2021.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the Bountiful 14th Ward Chapel, 1500 S. 600 E. Bountiful Utah, where friends may visit the family from 9:30-10:30am prior to the service and on Monday evening from 6-8pm December 27th at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, Utah. Interment will be at South Morgan Cemetery.
