**Obituary for Charles H. Haas**
*October 3, 1943 – December 8, 2024*
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles H. Haas, who left this world peacefully on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at the age of 81. A beloved father and friend, Charles's legacy will endure in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved him.
Born in Utica, New York, on the crisp autumn day of October 3, 1943, Charles was the beloved son of the late John and Helen Haas. Growing up in a close-knit community, his youthful years in Utica shaped his steadfast values, enduring friendships, and deep commitment to family.
In his professional life, Charles forged a remarkable career as a Price Analyst. His keen eye for detail and analytical mind contributed significantly to every team he was a part of. Known for his work ethic and dedication, he was both a respected colleague and a mentor to many.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, integrity, and warmth that will live on through them and all who had the pleasure to know him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Charles's memory to a charity of your choice, reflecting his generosity and spirit of giving.
Charles H. Haas will be profoundly missed, but fondly remembered; his life a testament to kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

I worked with Chuck at Pratt & Whitney in the 70s & 80s. We carpooled together every day. He was a great person and will be missed by many. Sincere condolences to his family, and may he rest in peace.
