It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Charles James Huffman, fondly known as Charlie, who was born on March 25, 1957, and departed from us on September 7, 2025. Charlie was an extraordinary father, and his legacy lives on through his three cherished sons: Zebulon "Zeb" Jones, William "Billy" Jones, and Justin "JJ" Huffman. His love for them was unwavering and profound. Charlie also loved spending time with his grandchild as much as possible.

Charlie had a deep love for the great outdoors, where he found immense joy. Some of his happiest moments were spent camping and canoeing with his boys, creating memories that will forever be cherished by his family. A passionate football enthusiast, Charlie's heart beat in sync with the Kansas City Chiefs. He lived for game days, relishing every moment of cheering for his favorite team while enjoying a cold beer. His enthusiasm for football and the Chiefs was truly contagious, bringing many smiles and laughter to those around him with his spirited support.

Charlie will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his infectious passion for football, and most importantly, his unwavering love for his sons. As we say goodbye to him, we hold onto the memories of the good times we shared and the legacy of love and joy he leaves behind.

Rest in peace, Charlie. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A Celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 11th, from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 6293 N 23rd St, Ozark, MO 65721.
