BOYLSTON - Charles "Chuck" T. Jasiak Jr., 74, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away unexpectedly at his home on December 5, 2023. Born on December 7, 1948, Chuck was the son of Muriel V. (Porter) Jasiak and Charles T. Jasiak of Holden.
Chuck was a devoted husband to Ann-Marie (Strand) Jasiak, and the couple had just celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on November 16th. Their enduring love formed the foundation of Chuck's rich and meaningful life. He is survived by his three beautiful daughters, Tammy and her husband Kevin Allen, Audra and her husband Scott McNamara, and Jessica and her husband James Bourque. Chuck also cherished spending time with his grandchildren: Brooke and Ryan Buchalter; Samantha, Kelsey, and James Allen; Shaye, Cullen, and Mary McNamara; and Benjamin and Nathan Bourque. Chuck also leaves behind his great-granddaughter, Peyton Allen-Cross, and his beloved dog, Reagan.
In high school, Chuck was not only the lead singer and guitarist of his own band but also had a fan club. His love of music carried on throughout his life (at maximum volume) with a special fondness for Elvis, The Beatles, and Oldies. While in high school, Chuck met his wife of 55 years during a church fundraising trip for the Ryder Memorial Hospital in Puerto Rico. This marked the beginning of a lifelong, beautiful marital journey together.
A man of wit and exceptional intelligence, Chuck graduated from Tahanto Regional High School in 1966, earned a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University, and achieved a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk Law School. He was also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Chuck's impact extended beyond his professional achievements. He served as the President of the Tri-Town Exchange Club, was a Northborough Selectman, and was the CEO and President of Heirlooms of History and National Facility Services Inc. Passionate about politics; he hosted many political fundraisers, campaigning and contributing actively to local and national causes.
Chuck had a heart for animals of all sizes with a special fondness for dogs. A voracious reader and history buff, there was no beating him at Trivial Pursuit.
He enjoyed spending summers at his summer home in Wayne, Maine, and as well as cruises with family and friends.
Chuck is remembered as an extrovert, optimist, and generous soul. His infectious humor and lively spirit made him the life of every one of his (numerous) parties. He left a trail of laughter and joy that will forever echo in the hearts of those fortunate enough to share in his energetic presence.
A member of the Worcester Country Club, Chuck loved golf, recently achieving a hole-in-one during the Memorial Day Tournament. He won multiple golf tournaments and loved golfing with his sons-in-law, friends, and fellow club members. The Worcester Country Club is flying their flag at half-staff in his honor.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, lifelong friends, family, and everyone who had the privilege of sharing in his joyous and impactful life. Chuck's life will be honored with calling hours on Wednesday, December 13th, at Miles Funeral Home in Holden from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the First Congregational Church of Boylston on Thursday, December 14th, at 11 a.m., followed by the burial at Pine Grove Cemetery in Boylston. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to The Baypath Humane Society in Hopkinton and the First Congregational Church of Boylston.
