Charles Scott Jordan, age 33 of White House passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at his home. He was born October 9, 1990 in Lexington, KY to Richard Joseph & Sue Ann Stapleton Jordan. He was a 2009 graduate of Brentwood High School and was employed with UPS. He received an Assocites Degree from Art Institute of Nashville, TN. Scott was an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan. he loved children and dogs. He enjoyed telling jokes, playing piano and making music, spending time in nature and cooking. He was a self-proclaimed chef, an author, producer and all-around artist and entrepreneur. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Joseph Jordan. He is survived by his mother, Sue Stapleton Jordan; daughters, Sunny Jo Jordan and Lily Scott Jordan; mother of his children, Emily Kershaw; young man he loved like a son, Ellis Kane Kershaw, all of White House, TN; brothers, Christopher Lee (Rachel) Jordan, Murfreesboro, TN and Stephen Michael (Whitney) Jordan, Louisville, KY; nephews, Sutton John Jordan and Jackson Lee Jordan; nieces, Adele Gray Jordan and Margaux Sue Jordan. Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, July 26, 2024 at 2pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Rev. Geoffrey Bullington officiating and with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Friday, July 26, 2024 11am until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for memorial contributions be made by check or Venmo to @sunnylilyjordan for a college scholarship fund for Scott's children.
