May your music continue to fill the hearts of many that will continue to discover you. Rest in musical power your frugal horn will play on. D. Brax

Loving wishes to your daughters, brother, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I was in the audience when you performed under a moon eclipse...Red Rocks amphitheater, Denver CO 1975. Chase the Clouds Away remains in my aging memories.
May you be in the beauty of your music forever.

Chuck, Your music introduced me to Jazz. The songs have been and will continue to be a beautiful musical thread that has been woven through my life and my familys' lives! Memories of my first concert with my boyfriend, Patrick, at Red Rocks in Colorado is one my favorite musical memories!
Thanks for your outstanding music!
Many peaceful blessings to the family!

When I was a senior in high school in Madison WI, I was chosen to play with Chuck Mangione and his band at the Union theater on the UW campus. I played the flute and piccolo. It was a highlight of my life, even though I was terrified on the inside! Mr Mangione and everyone in the band were so kind and encouraging.
His music is magical and ageless. May God bless his memory.
