Charles W. "Butch" Shaffer II, age 83, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 4th at Quincy Village where he resided at for over the past 2 ½ years.
Born on May 24, 1941 in Chambersburg, PA, he was the only child of the late Charles & Gertrude (Pine) Shaffer. He was also preceded in death by his beloved bulldog, Buddy.
Butch loved classic cars & racing. In his younger years, he raced at Port Royal, Bedford, Hagerstown, & Hesston speedway.

Family would especially like to thank the Quincy Village Nursing Staff who provided amazing care to him for over 2 ½ years.
