Charles Wilcox, Jr., born on January 9, 1947, in New York, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2025, at the Golden Years Nursing Home. He was a individual who brought joy and warmth to those around him. Charles was known for his engaging personality; he loved to be around people and was never shy to strike up a conversation with anyone he met. His passion for life was exemplified through his love for attending church, where he found community and fellowship.
Charles leaves behind a cherished family. He is survived by his sister, Lillian Harmon; his nephews, Teddy, Billy, and Jeremy Harmon; his niece, Angel Krohn; and several great nieces and nephews who will all remember him fondly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lincoln Wilcox and Delores Hubin Wilcox, and his brother, George Wilcox. Charles's presence will be deeply missed by his family and friends, as they remember the kindness and light he brought into their lives.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate the life of Charles Wilcox, Jr., giving family and friends the opportunity to honor and remember the impact he made in their lives.
