Charlotte Weaver, 88 of Franklin, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025. She was born on October 29, 1936 in Franklin, Indiana to Virgil and Lillian (Anderson) Snider. She married Frank Weaver on June 14, 1958. He lovingly survives. Also surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Patty Weaver; grandsons, Scott and Tim Weaver; granddaughter, Laura Weaver; niece, Michelle Plummer and many other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in passing by her parents; sister, Judy Plummer and brother-in-law, Marvin Plummer. Charlotte was a 1954 graduate of Franklin High School. She worked at Northwood Elementary as a Secretary, retiring after forty-three years of dedicated service. When the Administrative Office at Northwood was remodeled, it was named after Charlotte J. Weaver. She was a lifetime member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church. She was a 60-year member of the Order of Eastern Star. Charlotte was very active in 4-H and won many awards including Champion and Grand Champion. She enjoyed traveling and attending Purdue Football and Basketball games. Charlotte enjoyed spring and seeing the flowers bloom each year. Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, February 6th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hopewell Presbyterian Church, 548 W. 100 N., in Franklin with a Celebration of Charlotte's life beginning at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the church with Rev. Brandon Jolley officiating. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 7th at 10:00 a.m. at Hopewell Cemetery. Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home in Franklin is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Hopewell Presbyterian Church, 548 W. 100 N., Franklin, Indiana 46131.
