Chelsey Jane Beyl

Chelsey Jane Beyl, age 31, of Creston who was an Angel on Earth and well loved, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024 at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital
Chelsey was born on March 25, 1993 in Ashland, Ohio. She had many likes in her life including Elvis Songs, Curious George and always was a lil flirt. She loved being sung to and getting and giving hugs and kisses. Chelsey was a brave fighter throughout her life battling with Rett syndrome but still always was happy. She taught humbleness to so many people. She was perfect and never committed any sin or broke any commandments and was Gods perfect punky doodle. Her smile, eyes, scrunchy nose, and love was infectious and beautiful.
Surviving is her mother, Brandy Balder and step-father, Guy Hamby; her grandparents, Fred Beyl and Patty, Brenda Beyl and Andy Shearer; aunts, and uncles, Bethany Liston, and Anthony Sasha and Shawn Wright, Candy and Rocky Shaum, Broch Beyl and Renee, and Seth Beyl and many cousins. Throughout Chelsey's life there were many caregivers and nurses and took excellent care of her including those most recent, Amber, Kelly and Becky Cooper (her 2nd Mom) who was with her when she passed
She was preceded in death by her dad, Joe Balder and grandparents, Kenneth and Betty Balder.
