Cheryl Ann Burke
Age 63, of Oscoda, MI, formerly of Port Huron and Flint, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at MyMichigan Medical Center in Tawas City, MI. She was born on May 28, 1962 in Flint, MI to the late Douglas and Thelma (Schiebel) Sires. Throughout the years, Cheryl enjoyed the time she spent cooking and taking care of others. She had a giving heart that tended to both people and animals alike. Cheryl was outspoken, artistic, loving and was known to be a friend to anyone who crossed her path. In her spare time, she enjoyed tending to her plants, crocheting, working on her arts and crafts and preparing meals for her family that was the size of an Army. Cheryl had a welcoming spirit and you never left her home hungry. She will truly be missed for the memories she created, the warmth she brought and the love that she gave. Cheryl is survived by her husband, Timothy A. Burke who she married on September 14, 2013; her children, Veronica Lynn (Chad) Lariviere, Corey (Dawna) Colberg, Damion Burke, TJ Burke and Mitch (Ashlee) Burke; siblings, Donald Simota and the entire Hart family; grandchildren, Skyler (Marriah), Parker, Conner, Nevaeh, Jayden, Catie, Dominic and Shylo; great-granddaughter, Topanga and many nieces, nephews and friends.
