Cheryl Lynn Lahman

Cheryl Lynn Lahman, 59, of Conroe, Texas, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born on June 11, 1966, in Houston, Texas, to Larry and Shirley Lassetter. Cheryl was a devoted woman of faith whose love for the Lord guided her life and relationships. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who poured her heart into caring for those she loved.
Cheryl leaves behind her husband of 38 years, Johnny Lahman; her sons, Johnny Lee Lahman and wife Jackie of Spring, TX, and Tommy Lee Lahman and wife Katie of Conroe, TX. She is also survived by her mother, Shirley Ann Lassetter of Kingwood, TX; sister, Lorrie Ann Lassetter of Kingwood, TX; brother, Larry Lassetter Jr. and wife Lori of Kingwood, TX; grandchildren, Skyler, Casen, Xoie, Colton, Levi, and Elijah; sister-in-law, Cynthia Finney; traveling buddies, Calvin and Tammy Edgin; lifelong best friend, Karla Buck Kneblick; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many close friends who were like family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Lassetter Sr.
Cheryl will be remembered for her love of bringing people together- whether planning family gatherings, celebrations, or simple get-togethers, she always found joy in creating lasting memories. She touched countless lives through her kindness, generosity, and devotion. Cheryl also worked for 17 years at Dr. Wilson's office, where her caring spirit and dedication left a lasting impression on colleagues and patients alike.
Above all, Cheryl's greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought light and laughter to her life. Her legacy of faith, love, and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
