Cheryl Masterpole Obituary
Cheryl was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Daniel and Evelyn Zemken Masterpole. She was a 1966 graduate of Schalmont High School. Cheryl worked at the Sheridan Plaza Price Chopper and later at Stewarts, on Nott Terrace, serving each customer with her genuine smile, kindness and respect.
Cheryl was a kind spirited woman, the life of the party, and someone who would help anyone in need. She embraced life, endured all that the Lord passed her way, and cherished her sons with all her heart.
She is survived by her loving sons and daughter-in-law, Richard Steele and Paul Steele and his wife Karla; a brother, Mark Masterpole and his wife Valerie; and her treasured grandchildren, Kyle and Megan Steele.
Services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, 501 Union St., with Fr. Dominic Isopo, officiating. Interment will follow in Cobblestone Cemetery, Rotterdam
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until the service. Memorial contributions may be made in Cheryl's memory to Animal Protective Foundation at www.animalprotective.org.

Went to Schalmont with Cheryl. She was a sweet person, always smiling. Last spoke with her when we were planning our 50th class reunion. She was so proud of her sons. RIP Cheryl.
