Chloe Ann Schultz

Chloe Ann Schultz, 81, of Parsons, passed away Friday morning, November 22, 2024 at her home.
She was born on October 18, 1943 in Parsons to Victor W. and Ladine M. (Sharp) Wilkerson. Chloe Ann grew up in Parsons and attended Parsons Schools. She graduated from Parsons High School in 1961. She then graduated from Labette Community College and Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science Degree in Education.
In her earlier years she had worked at Fred Ronald Garment Factory and at St. Patrick Catholic Church as a bookkeeper. She then taught for over thirty years in five different schools including, West Mineral, Mullinville, Udall, Cherryvale and Bucklin, MO. She retired from teaching in 2003.
Chloe Ann loved planning and hosting gatherings and parties, cooking, going on trips and especially spending time with her family. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and most recently has been attending Western Way Cowboy Church in Altamont.
She and Aubury E. Schultz were married on December 1, 1962 at the First Presbyterian Church in Parsons. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include a daughter, Brenda Henderson and her husband, Scott of Cherokee, KS, a son, Mark Schultz and his wife, Brenda of Altamont, KS and a daughter, Marisa Steiner and her husband, Mike of Winfield, KS; her grandchildren, Aeron Metzger (Matt), Justin Henderson (Kylee), Amanda Tompkins, Dillon Schultz (Jenna), Evan Schultz, Michael Steiner and Sophia Steiner; her great-grandchildren – Levi, Ryker, Rhaina, Carter, Eric, David (Karlena), Breanna, Rayleigh and Hunter; her brother, Neal Wilkerson (Pat) of Parsons; and a sister-in-law, Janice Wilkerson of Parsons.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Ron Wilkerson, and a sister, Nancy Garber and her husband, Errol.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 30, 2024 at Western Way Cowboy Church, Altamont Kansas.
