Chris Colombo

Christopher J. Colombo, 68, baptized in the hope of Christ's Resurrection on Sunday,
January 4, 2026.
The beloved husband of Cheryl Colombo (nee Mobley) for 44 years; treasured father of
Christopher M. (Ashley) Colombo and Cory Alexander Colombo; cherished Papa Chris
to Dominic Michael and Jase Anthony; dear brother of Rose, Barb, Michael (Debbie) the
late Donna (Greg), Katherine Olivia ; beloved son of the late Angelo Dominic and Anna
Marie Colombo (nee Krupinski). He was a loving cousin, brother in law, uncle and loyal
friend to many.
Chris was a beloved man whose life was defined by love, laughter, and deep devotion
to those around him. He was a loving and dedicated husband, a proud and devoted
father, and an adoring grandpa who found endless joy in his family. His presence
brought comfort, strength, and warmth, and his love will continue to live on through all
who were blessed to know him.
A lifelong sports fan, he had a passion for all things sports and could always be found
cheering on his favorite teams. He loved the outdoors - fishing, hunting, and riding Sea
Doos. Most of all he treasured time spent with family and friends, creating memories
filled with laughter and joy.
He will be missed tremendously, far more than words can express. His legacy of love,
strength, and togetherness will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and
loved him.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 2:00-7:00
pm at Hutchens-Stygar Funeral & Cremation, 5987 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St. Charles
