Christina Pizzoferrato DiNino

Christina (Pizzoferrato) DiNino, 96, of West Hartford, beloved wife of late Quintino DiNino Sr, died Sunday, July 7, 2024. Born In Pratola Peligna (AQ), Italy. Christina came to the U.S. in 1953. Prior to her retirement she was employed at Wiremold Company, West Hartford. She was a devoted wife and mother, who loved spending time in her garden, and cooking classic Italian meals for her fmaily. She is survived by her daughters, Mary DiNino of Coconut Creek, Florida and Doria DiNino of New Britain, and her sons; Dino DiNino and Hiedi Dinino-Fields of Lighthouse Pt, Florida and Quintino DiNino Jr. of West Hartford. Christina is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her infant son Joseph. Her brother Tonino Pizzoferrato, sisters Romilda Marcantonio, Gliceria Liberatore, and Emma LaPorta. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 11, 10:00 a.m. at Saint Thomas the Apostle Church, 872 Farmington Avenue, West Hartford. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford.
