Christina "Christy" Renee Moore, 43, passed away on February 26, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on April 29, 1981, in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was the daughter of Larry and Patti Combs of Austin, Indiana and Lisa and Scott Creech of Austin, Indiana. Christy graduated from Scottsburg High School in Scottsburg, Indiana in 1999. She married the love of her life, Steven Kyle Moore, on September 13, 2014. Christy was currently employed at ADVENT Health as a Patient Access Coordinator. Christy had a passion for the outdoors, loved motorcycle rides, camping and fishing. She was a devoted fan of WWE. Halloween topped her list of favorite holidays, driven by her enthusiasm for all things scary. That being said, her favorite part was the joy of being with friends and family to celebrate the occasion. She took great pleasure in living life and loved her family dearly. Her three dogs held a special place in her heart. In addition to Christy parents, and her husband, she leaves behind five brothers; Tony (Brittany) Amick, of Scottsburg, Indiana, Kyle Combs, of Austin, Indiana, Scott (Steph) Moore, of Scottsburg, Indiana, Justin (Lisa) Moore, of Charlestown, Indiana, Chris (Jacki) Moore, of Scottsburg, Indiana; and one sister, Laina (Ben) Vaughn, of Scottsburg, Indiana; her mother-in-law, Lou (Bert) Moore, of Scottsburg; and her father-in-law, Michael (Lisa) Moore, of Orange Grove, TX; and several very special nieces and nephews. Memorial service for Christina Moore will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 2:00pm at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Prior to the service, there will be visitation from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the funeral home. Concluding services and interment will follow at Crothersville Cemetery, in Crothersville, Indiana. Memorial donations can be made in Christy's name to Norton Therapy Dog Program - Heel Dog Heal in c/o Collins Funeral Home.
