Christine Ann Booth Locker, 71, of St. Charles, Missouri passed away on February 19, 2023. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 19, 1951 to Charles and Shirley Booth. She grew up in Overland, Missouri and graduated from Ritenour High School in May of 1970.
Chris was united in marriage with Kenneth Locker on May 12, 1973 at All Souls Catholic Church in Overland, Missouri. To their marriage they added three sons; Scott, Jeff and Brad. Chris and Ken raised them in St. Charles and often spent summers at the Lake of the Ozarks boating and fishing. Chris loved being the mother of three boys and would often tell stories of them growing up.
Chris worked in real estate for many years, receiving sales awards and meeting many people along the way. Her true passion was bringing beauty to the world around her, and she did that first as a florist, owning her own flower shop for several years, and then later in life as an avid crafter and decorator. She loved antiques and thrifting and would often turn her finds into beautiful treasures. Chris was always able to create something amazing from nothing- she was repurposing as a pro long before it was popular to do so.
Chris loved animals and would always have her dog Fred by her side. She also enjoyed spending time with family, especially the grand babies. Chris was preceded in death by her husband, Ken; her parents Charles and Shirley Booth and parents-in-law, Nick and Dorothy Locker as well as her sisters Cheryl, Carol and Judy. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Scott, Jeff (Heather) and Brad (Brittany), all of St. Charles; nine grandchildren, Grant, Carson, Nathan, Brady, Kaitlyn, London, Nash, Ethan and Liv. She is survived by her brother Chuck as well as a host of nephews and nieces.
