Christine A. Romance, 70, of East Springfield, PA, lost her fight of 14 years from dementia on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. She was born September 30, 1954 in Denver, CO, a daughter of the late Mario and Carolyn (McCoy) Marcanio.
Chris dedicated numerous years to the nurturing and development of children as a devoted Child Care Aide. Her compassion and dedication to her work were matched only by the love she held for her family. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Pace, Coral, and Bryn Prosser and Brantley and Clara Romance and 16 nieces and nephews. Chris's family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Donna Kirkwood for the wonderful care and support she provided the family.
