Age 78, of Penn Hills, on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Beloved wife of William P. Stroup; loving mother of Ryan (Carole) and the late Brian J (Lisa).; grandmother of Conor, Emily, Alayna, Brianna, Karalyn, Josephina and Isabella; sister of Monica Zelinski and the late Joseph Zielinski; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Chris enjoyed going to the casino and shopping. Friends received, Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd. 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road) Penn Hills. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday 10 a.m. in St. Susanna Church of Christ the Divine Parish. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Colorectal Cancer Alliance, www.impact.ccalliance.org
