Christopher Arnold, known affectionately as "Red Beard," was born on May 10, 1979, in Florida, and it is with heavy hearts that we announce his untimely passing on August 7, 2025, in Middlefield, Ohio, due to a tragic workplace accident. Christopher's life was a testament to the beauty of love, laughter, and family.
As a longtime truck driver, Christopher devoted his career to working for various local companies, including Ronyak Paving, Arms Trucking, and most recently Norwood Trucking. His hard work and dedication to his craft were evident in his commitment to excellence and safety on the road. He often brightened the day of those around him with his warm smile and infectious laugh, leaving a lasting impression wherever his journeys took him.
He was a proud graduate of the South East High School Class of 1998 and furthered his education at the Auburn Career Center. His love for learning never waned, and he encouraged his children to pursue their dreams just as he had.
Above all, Christopher’s proudest accomplishments were his family and the deep bonds he forged with them. He is survived by his loving wife, Kerri, and will be forever cherished by his children: Faith, Leah, Krystal, and step-children David (Sydney), Logan (Sam), Shannon (Anthony), Thomas, and Daniel. His legacy will continue through his seven grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life.
Christopher is also survived by his beloved mother, Joyce (nee: French) Snyder, and his siblings: Brittany Kundrat of Middlefield, Gary Arnold Jr of Middlefield, Sandra (Brian) Kumher of Burton, Bruce (Ann) French of Florida, and Bryan (Jean-Marie) French of Florida. Each of them will carry a piece of his spirit in their hearts as they remember his larger-than-life personality and his heart of gold.
He is preceded in death by his father, Gary Arnold, Sr., and his sister, Erica Lynn. Their memories will forever be intertwined with his, as they shared the bonds of love and family that transcended the boundaries of this life.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation, which will be held at Best Funeral Home, located at 15809 Madison Road in Middlefield, Ohio, on August 13, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Christopher Arnold's spirit will live on in the love he shared with his family and friends, and his legacy will be remembered in the stories shared long after his passing. In the hearts of those who loved him, he will always be remembered as a fierce friend, a devoted husband, and a loving father who embraced life with joy and sincerity.
