Christopher was born and raised in Pitt County. He graduated from D.H. Conley High School and attended East Carolina University and the Culinary Institute of America. He had an infectious laugh. He loved to cook and garden. He also had a passion for rescuing animals.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harvey & Earline Case, and his paternal grandparents Ernest & Dorothy Dail.
He is survived by his mother, Gerry Case; father, Robert Dail and wife Kathy; sister, Kathryn Dudley; uncle, Randy Case and wife Jackie; aunt, Robin Nixon, and first cousin Matthew Case.

My heart goes out to the family and friends! Chris was a very special guy and had a huge heart. He will always be my Christopher Robin and me his Piglet. Love you!!
