Christopher Duffie, our angel on earth, is now our angel in heaven. Christopher went to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at the age of 42, while his mom and brother were at his side. He was a long time resident of Heinzerling Memorial Foundation in Columbus, Ohio and he loved all of his nurses, caregivers and teachers. The family appreciates the love, kindness and compassion shown to Christopher over the years.
Christopher was known for his giant smile and love of watching game shows, movies and baseball.
Christopher is preceded in death by his father, Michael Duffie and his uncle, Donnie Brown. Christopher is survived by his mother, Diane Duffie of Orange Beach, AL, his brother, Austin Duffie of Collierville, TN, his nephew, Summit Duffie of Collierville, TN, his grandmother, Brenda Lewis (Kim) of Montgomery, AL, his uncle, Harv Brown (Dixie) of LaPine, AL and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Christopher’s honor to the Heinzerling Memorial Foundation at 1800 Heinzerling Drive, Columbus, OH 43223.
The family will host a private memorial for Christopher to be held in Orange Beach, Alabama at a later date.
