Christopher John Frye age 60, of Henderson, NV formerly of Mantua Twp., passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Born in Philadelphia to the late John Frye and Mary (nee Sandusky), he graduated from Clearview Regional High School Class of 1981. Chris earned his Bachelors degree from Old Dominion University where he was a member of the ATO Fraternity and was working for Citi Bank where he was a Deputy Mortgage Underwriter. He was an avid football fan and enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Las Vegas Raiders. Chris also enjoyed playing & watching golf, going to concerts and traveling, especially to Mexico.
He is survived by his wife, Candice; his son, Alex Christian Frye; two stepdaughters, Nicole Hindman (Jeff) & Danielle Seagrave; three grandchildren, Paige, Lucy, & Tripp; his sister, Deanna Ellenbark (Kevin); nieces & nephews, Melissa Crew (George), Shawn Roberts, Matthew Roberts (Rachel), and John Ellenbark (Shayla); and several great nieces & nephews. Chris was also predeceased by his brother, Kevin Frye.
Relatives & Friends may visit from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 25th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a memorial service will be held at 2 pm. All visitors are encouraged to wear their favorite football or sports attire.
