Christopher S. Miller, affectionately known as “Mills”, passed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 12:12pm after complications from a hemorrhage stroke. He was 35 years old. Christopher was born to Eric and Donna (Knese) Miller on September 16, 1988 in Ballwin, Missouri.
After graduating from Christian Brothers College High School he continued his education at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, earning his degree in Psychology.
Throughout his career at Llywelyn's Pub and Captains Sports Lounge, he charmed patrons with his quick wit and infectious sense of humor. His presence lit up the room, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. Known for his silly antics and adventurous spirit, Mills was always up for a good time and never shied away from trying new things.
However, beyond his professional achievements, Christopher's proudest accomplishment was his daughter Ava. He embraced every moment spent with her and took great pride in being her daddy.
Christopher leaves behind a loving family and a multitude of friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. His larger-than-life personality made a lasting impact on all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
He was a beloved husband to Krystin N. (Kuhnert) Miller; loving father to Ava Marian Miller; dear brother to Kyle (Amy) Miller and Erica Miller; cherished grandson to Rolland and Elizabeth (Johnson) Miller; cherished son-in-law to Troy and Michelle (Hawkins) Kuhnert; and a nephew, uncle, cousin and dear friend to many.
Christopher is preceded in death by his grandparents, Vincent and MaryAnn (Bastien) Knese.
As we mourn this great loss, let us also celebrate the joy and laughter he brought into our lives. May his spirit live on in our hearts forever.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 3rd from 2-4pm at Speaks Suburban Chapel in Independence, Mo.
