Clara Evalyn (Trump) Hirter (79) passed away on December 9, 2024 in Hot Springs, AR. She was born on November 26, 1945 in Worth, MO to Raymond and Mary Frances (Dannar) Trump. Clara was raised in St. Joseph, MO where she graduated from Lafayette High School, got married and had 2 children. She lived and worked in St. Joseph, Alliance, NE and in Mesa, AZ before retiring and moving to Hot Springs. Clara had a great sense of style; she liked her lipstick on, her nails done and big jewelry. She was always fun and the life of any party.
Clara was preceded in death by her parents, her dear sister, Helen Ruth Verbick, and her beloved son, Jason Hirter. She truly missed those four people every single day. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter and son-in-law, Julie & Michael McCormick of Hot Springs; granddaughter Alexa (Connor & Benson) Gibbs of Searcy, AR; nephews Darren (Peggy) Verbick, David (Lindsay) Verbick of St. Joseph, MO and Damon (Lesa) Verbick of Kansas City, MO, several great nieces & nephews, many cousins, and many, many wonderful friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the First United Methodist Church in Hot Springs with a reception to follow.
