Funeral service will be held on January 11, 2024, at Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home in Selbyville at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place at New Hope Cemetery in Willards.
Clarence worked for C.C. Oliphant & Son Sheet Metal.
He served in the U.S. Army.
In order to honor Clarence's memory, donations can be made to Accent Care Hospice, 416 Williams St., Grier Building, Suite 301, Milford, DE 19963.
