Cleamon Frederick Taylor was born on March 10, 1965 to the late James and Vernice Taylor in Thomasville, (Thomas County) Georgia. Surrounded by his loving family, Frederick Taylor peacefully transitioned on April 6, 2025. In a profound expression of his faith, he rededicated his life to Christ just moments before his passing.
Frederick Taylor accepted Jesus Christ at an early age, and his love for the Lord was evident in both his actions and his character. We knew him as "Fred" and some knew him as "Cleamon." As the foundation of our family, Fred's presence brought strength and unity. He will be remembered for his generous spirit and unwavering willingness to help others. We thank God for giving him such a strong, wise and caring heart. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished in our hearts.
He loved home cooking, dining out, movies, leisurely drives, traveling to different countries, and spending time with his spouse and family. One of his primary purposes was helping others succeed. If he believed someone had the right qualities, he would review resumes, edit cover letters, coach individuals on the knowledge they should possess, and provide interview tips.
Frederick received his high school education in Dougherty County, Georgia. He earned a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from New York University. Throughout his career, he held various influential positions.
He served as the HR Director for Quadient, Inc., supporting the Mail Related Service division. In just two years at Quadient, Fred's influence was profound. His extensive knowledge in Human Resources made him a trusted tutor, confidant, and mentor to his peers and colleagues. His dedication went beyond professional excellence, he fostered meaningful connections, empowering others, and promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.
He was also the HR Director at XPO Logistics in Atlanta, GA, where he collaborated with key business executives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and performance during a time of significant organizational change.
As HR Director, PRGX Global, Inc., Atlanta, GA, he established and administered global Human Resources protocols, ensured compliance, and aligned company objectives with daily operations.
He was the HR Director at Ogilvy & Mather in New York, NY where he developed and sustained all North American people strategies for the Digital Media business, aligning with organizational initiatives and implementing competencies to improve succession planning, talent acquisition, and staff development.
At Vonage in New Jersey, as the HR Director he coached and directed HR business partners in EEOC compliant staff interactions and hiring policies to maintain a flawless record.
He also served as the HR Director at Samsung in New Jersey, collaborating with legal counsel to handle domestic employee relations issues with precision.
Additionally, Frederick worked at Colgate-Palmolive in New York as the Global HR Manager and HR Director, serving internationally in the Czech Republic, Budapest, Hungary, the Slovak Republic, and Senegal, West Africa.
Frederick Taylor accepted Jesus Christ at an early age, and his love for the Lord was evident in both his actions and his character. We knew him as "Fred" and some knew him as "Cleamon." Although I did not get to work with Fred long, I genuinely enjoyed and now cherish the time we got to spend together. Fred was so kind and patient. His laugh was so warm and infectious, I'll never forget it. May his spirit rest in infinite peace.

Fred brought calm confidence, professional expertise, and a personal touch from the moment he joined Quadient. His absence was felt the instant he could no longer be with us. Thank you, Fred-you are deeply missed.
