I had the privilege of meeting Cliff at the coffee counter at Denneys. What a interesting fellow to talk with. And he was a neighbor that I didn't know living only a mile away. I was saddened to see him go. Since his wife died, Lynn Hanover and I started seeing him go down hill. Cliff was a very smart man as you can tell by the obituary. I got him interested in the Hebron Historical Society in which he gave a talk for us as well as at The Works in Newark on setting up the airplane for Jerrie Mocks historic flight
around the world. What a task that was. Lynn and I will miss him. Good-bye NI538Charlie. My condolences to his family.

I have been his server at dennys and then bob evans for almost 12 years now. He was a great guy and always so nice. He wasn´t there for a few months a few years ago I think it was and then he came back and he had told me about his wife passing and that is why he hadn´t been in. I was so sad for his loss and you could see his loss in his face. He will be missed so much. I hope he is holding hands with her up in heaven with that great smile on his face. Sorry for the families loss
